Today, we handle interior design, furniture design, product scouting, quality control, and export shipping directly from Italy. Last-mile handling, installation, site management, and on-site punch list services are currently activated on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with US companies, assessing feasibility for each individual construction site.
The full turnkey model with a permanent operational presence in the United States is part of Phase 2 of our development.

Kai-Zen continuous improvement plus P-FMEA process failure mode analysis applied at every stage: spec lock, prototyping, production, QC, shipping, customs, installation. What LA Venice Is and Isn't.
LA Venice is an Italian Interior Contractor providing structural elements — doors, boiserie, wall systems — coordinated and continuous with the furniture. Our principal partner is a specialized Fit-Out manufacturer; our FF&E partner companies produce kitchens, bathroom furnishings, wardrobes, and other Italian furniture systems.
The LA Venice team manages the entire project through one Project Manager, from technical specification through jobsite and turnkey delivery. For specific requests we develop dedicated scouting of Italian design products.
We are not a general contractor. We do not substitute the Interior Designer or the Architect of Record. We integrate Italian interior scope alongside the existing project team — one accountable interface that reduces jobsite complexity for our client.

LA Venice partners with Italian artisan millwork shops that have retained the ability to engineer and industrialize custom products with strong Value Engineering and high production capacity. We then handle quality control, specification compliance, packing, and labeling before shipping and installing — keeping the delivery promise.

Certifications: AWI Premium Grade (highest tier of the Architectural Woodwork Institute quality standard), CARB Phase 2 (California Air Resources Board formaldehyde emissions standard, mandatory for U.S. imports), TSCA Title VI (EPA formaldehyde standard for composite wood, mandatory at import), fire ratings coordinated by occupancy class.

LA Venice partners with Italian manufacturers of high-design custom furniture and decor, collaborating from the earliest specification and design stages — ensuring industrial-grade Value Engineering and substantial production capacity. We then manage quality control, specification compliance, packing, and labeling before shipping and installing, keeping the delivery promise.

Method

LA Venice evaluates each project based on scope, location, installation requirements, local partner availability, schedule and risk profile. Where conditions are aligned, we structure an integrated turnkey scope. Where they are not, we define a focused role across fit-out, FF&E, procurement, export coordination or project management support.
